Where are your goods made?
All of our baked goods are made from scratch every day on our premise at 351 Main Street in Rockland, Maine.
What ingredients are used in your baked goods?

How long do goods stay fresh?
Freshness varies by product. Cookies will stay fresh for about 5 days, granola and granola bars will stay fresh for about 2 weeks, breads for 5-8 days. All of our items freeze exceptionally well for up to six months. To enjoy reheat in oven until warmed through.
What forms of payment do you take?
We take all major credit cards and PayPal.
Do you collect sales tax?
We collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Maine.
How are goods shipped?
Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
When will my order ship?
There is a 72 hour lead time on all orders. In the case of holidays or inclement weather we will notify you if we will need more than our normal 72 hour window.
When will my order arrive?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee when orders will arrive. You will be notified when your order ships and provided with tracking information from USPS.
Can I have an order expedited?
Yes, please contact us as soon as you have placed an order that you would like expedited. We will let you know how much the additional shipping charge will be and will send you an electronic invoice to cover the additional cost of shipping.
How do I use a discount code?
To use a valid discount code, enter the code at check-out.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes, absolutely. Please email us when placing an order if you would like to include a note.
Can I order other products not currently listed on the website?
Yes, you can order other products that keep and can be shipped by sending us an email at [email protected] or call us at 207-596-0505 during business hours. Our winter hours are Tuesday to Saturday 7 AM to 4 PM.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or returns. If something was wrong with your order please let us know. We want you to be happy with your order.
