Berries and Almond Cake
Almond cake with one layer of raspberry jam and almond buttercream on the outside. Toasted almonds along the bottom and an assortment of fresh berries on top.

Black Forest Cake
Two thin layers of chocolate cake soaked with cherry liqueur. With rich chocolate mousse, whipped cream, ganache and Griotte cherries.

Maine Blueberry and Lemon
Lemon cake with one layer of lemon curd on the inside. Blueberry buttercream on the outside and topped with fresh blueberries.

Mousse Cake
Two layers of sponge cake with two thick layers of fruit mousse. Flavor options change seasonally, ask what’s available!

Pistachio and Orange
Pistachio cake with orange diplomat cream and a light green colored vanilla buttercream on the outside. Topped with a white chocolate drip, toasted pistachios and orange slices.

Raspberry Truffle
Double chocolate cake with rich chocolate ganache filling and a layer of raspberry jam on the inside and chocolate buttercream on the outside. A semi-sweet chocolate drip dusted with cocoa powder and fresh raspberries on top!
Raspberry Walnut
Toasted walnut cake with raspberry flavored buttercream. Topped with fresh raspberries and walnuts.
Strawberry Lemon Poppy
Lemon poppy seed cake with strawberry flavored buttercream. Decorated with fresh strawberries.

Strawberry Shortcake
Two layers of vanilla sponge cake with vanilla diplomat cream and fresh strawberries throughout. Piled with more fresh strawberries on top!
